Summer Camp

Is at Camp Woodruff June 23-29. Be on the lookout for registration deadlines in the coming weeks. Patrols will work to plan their merit badge needs.

Adults – We need your help and there are opportunities to take training such as Wilderness First Aid, etc. If you want to take the Scoutmaster Specific Training and Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (the basic training for becoming an Assistant Scoutmaster) – Troop 1011 will pay those fees.

Older Scouts – some adventures are available at Woodruff – Woodruff Extreme and Laurel Mountain Heritage Program. Check them out.

High Adventure Camping

Members of Panther, Cobra, Viking, Wolf-Dragon and Wolverine Patrols!

If you are interested in high adventure camping and will be 13 or older no later than June 1, 2019 – please attend a meeting at the Scout Hut on January 13 at 3 pm. Camp Daniel Boone offers the following High Adventure Activities:

Backpacking — $325

Ropes Trek (Climbing, Zipping, and rafting) — $450

Five Rivers Trek – whitewater rafting — $525

Zip & Splash Zip lining and white water – $525

Boonesboro – live like a 19th century mountain man for a week $ 365

(Prices do not include transportation to and from Camp Daniel Boone)
